From what i know, the center section is the same. I don't know about anything else though.

The seals and bearings are seperate.

The truck only has 55k on it, maybe I'll just be really careful when I pull it apart.

That's good to know. I've heard that people have better luck with "The Right Stuff" than a regular old diff cover gasket. I'll probably be using this.



That's always an option, just pick up something at the local parts house. But with this rear end being very different and hard to find I thought they may not have anything for it.

They'll have them, just make sure you get the bearing/seals for a 9.5 rear if you do.
