Ok guys so my front rotors on my 93 c1500 are somewhat warped (probably for braking a ton down some big grades recently) amd when i press on the brake i can feel a bit of pulsing in the brake pedal. I want a good model of slotted/drilled rotors for the front but i have zero experiance working with brakes and brake manufacturers, what are you guys running? And who makes good pads and also shoes for the rears?

I don't them on my truck, But on my 01 Monte SS, I installed a set of Summit Racing drilled and slotted rotors and Hawk brake pads in the front and rear. It stops so much better and they have been on for about 35K with no issues.

I will be putting them on the truck when it needs them

I have the Brake Performance ones.
The slotted ones are on my wife's Yukon.
And I have some slotted and cross drilled ones for mine.
The ones on the Yukon are great so for.
Only put about five hundred miles on.
But great so far.

I am a little surprised at all the folks running drilled rotors. Is anyone having issues with cracking? It seems that they would be a real problem when towing.
