Rear speakers in 95 tahoe

Okay so I had to rewire my entire front speakers because somebody before had them ran stupid and spliced into a couple different wires, anyways I want to put new speakers into my back doors and I’m not quite sure how to get the b panel off to run the wires into the door through that rubber hose deal, any tips?

Need to take seat belt loop thingy off, then I think it's the just the PITA clips. I had to do mine as well. Well take out the excess wires....
