Rare find these days 1997 GMC

Just picked up this 1997 GMC K1500 with 130000 miles in mint condition. Truely a one owner! Thanks to the Oregon weather and the fact that this truck was kept in the garage most of the time. Just couldn't pass it up.

What’s the import tag on the door mean? My ‘98 has the white decal with the VIN and other info.
