They’re the stock ones, came with the sport package.
Thanks, I'll have to track some down. I tried the ebay flares and they were terrible.

These stock ones aren’t great by today’s standards, but I guess they’ve done pretty good after 20+ years. Over the years they’ve flexed so there are gaps showing that wouldn’t pass muster on anything new today. That’s true for the whole truck, actually.

They’re bolted on (versus tape) and a bear to remove since access is limited without pulling interior panels. With enough tape, the current aftermarket versions are probably comparable.
