OEM Caps for '88 w/Steel Wheels

Hello--Trying to confirm what the actual OEM center cap or hubcap is for the steel wheels on my 1988 C1500. I read other posts on this forum that suggest the '88 used a different set-up than the double-threaded lugs design. Something that attached by clipping over the lugs. Nothing conclusive yet, and googling this isn't helping much ...
Could this be the correct cap?

If anybody has a part number for the cap (and any specific lug reqd), I would really appreciate it.

Does your wheels have the small holes between the lug holes?
If so you could run these with regular chrome lug nuts.

No, I think these are the original steel wheels, no holes available for that part.

So my RPO is N67 rally(var2). The wheels on the truck arent what I consider rally--they're painted steel, 4 "hole" 5 lugs. The other result for N67 is 14x5.5 painted steel. I'm pretty sure my wheels are 15" ... they take R15 tires (RPO XCE and YCE). This info is extremely helpful. I am going to take a shot on the 15545318-B/15545325-C and hope they snap over the pronounced lip of the lug tapers. I'll update the thread once they get here.

Yes that's it correct, the actual lug nuts align between the fake allen head ones on the cap. The metal semi circles clip against the lugnut along the tapered section where it seats against the wheel. I have some clipped onto my wheels with the external threads but they would work with normal lug nuts.

I have a set of GMC ones in black, similar to how the later ones came in both chrome and black.

These are the caps for the square body rallye wheels. Yes they attach to the wheel with 3 self tapping bolts....
