Model car/truck contest and show in Houston, Texas area

This Saturday is the Space City Shootout model contest and show in Seabrook, SE of Houston. It's at the Bay Area Community Center,5002 NASA Road 1. This is the annual show presented by the Houston Automotive Modelers Society; we have a new location this year.
Should be a great time, with lots of cool models, good times and fellowship. Come on out if you're in the area, we'd love to have y'all!

I'd use Alclad for that windows chrome-not foil. But the color is sweet.

What some guys are starting to use is a new type of silver paint pen, with a very precise tip. They're available in a few different sizes. I can't remember the brand offhand but they are getting them at hobby shops and online.

For model tanks, i started using POSCA water based markers-they come in few colors,but flat black,few brown shades( for rust) and other are sooo useful-easy to work with. I tale models to work sometimes,so it's convenient-as there's no time to wait for paint to dry.
