LT4 hot cam and 1.6 ratio rocker arms

I have a 96 sierra with a 305 has anyone done the lt4 hot cam in a 5.0 and if so what is the gain and where at ( low mid or high rpm)

The LT4 hotcam would be a bit big for a 305 and all of the gains would be at the higher RPM (like 6500+).
