Interior make over

Bought this truck a few months ago, sight unseen. Great body, but the inside had a leak, and you can tell from the floor board, it was there for some time and never addressed. Long story short, everything is out, the carpet has been ordered. My question is, while I have everything out, is there any mod I should do? I am going to run a usb power point to the center console, but can't really think of anything else. any ideas? I'm not putting in an amp or led lights. Open to ideas.

Here's a mod for ya; chop off the section of body behind the driver door and make a driver side rear door. Would love to undertake this and have thought it for a long time but doubt it would be worth all the time and effort

That is pretty cool. I don't have that talent or tools, but a great idea...
