Brother-in-law's 09 dodge with a cummins My 96 got 25mpg till I tuned it and changed over to mechanical dump valve, now it's 18-19.

I just saw it & pulled some parts. The airbag is jacked-up but aside from that all other components are fine.
It shouldn't be an issue for what you're wanting HOWEVER neither him nor I have a puller. If this' something you really really REALLY want I'm sure we could find a way top get that sombitch off.
