1990 1500 2WD , idler arm is shot, non heavy duty suspension, hearing replacement ones don't last, can anyone recommend a good one?

Is there a difference between Regular or Heavy Duty ones?

Eyeing a Moog Heavy Duty one with the grease fitting on the side but not sure it will fit.

Thanks, Doug

Heres my input . Bought a professional ac delco idler arm from rockauto. It's been good so far. Came with a long hose for the grease fitting. My whole front end new btw. Tire to tire. Cant complain yet. I'll snap a pic
