How much coil to cut for 4” drop

If you cut 4" of ride height out of your springs you're gonna have a bad time.
BIG TIME. I think this may be one of those times when someone has to find out the hard way, lol.

I know you didn't want to hear anything negative, OP, but if you do this, you will be waiting on a set of new coils as well. You will have almost no suspension travel with that much coil removed, just trying to help out here so you don't get in a huge bind. The right setup is always worth the wait.

1 coil is the maximum amount you can cut out of the stock springs. YMMV on how much drop you will get doing that. Make sure not to heat the coil up too much when cutting.

Halve the length - double the stiffness. In case it's been overlooked....
