Headers?

Im looking to get a set of long tube headers and redo my exhaust system sometime next month and am starting to get stuff ordered and saw these headers and was wondering if they work or just cause problems. I see at the bottom it says something about a motor offset?

P.S truck is a 93 k1500 350 planning on running 2 1/2 true duals with hi-flow cats and some kind of muffler

I dont see any o2 sensor bungs,Just a heads up run the driver side piping past the transfer case then 90 it behind it.You have 2 options on the o2 sensor either buy a header reducer with a o2 bung like this you only need 1,http://www.summitracing.com/parts/hed-21143/overview/ or drill a hole and weld a o2 bung before the collector,http://www.jegs.com/i/AEM/017/35-4005/10002/-1
