Could someone post all of the grease fittings on a 97 K2500 and a recommended frequency? I'm guessing nothing on my burb has been greased in 14 years.

You should have a fitting on the upper, lower ball joints, inner, outer tie rod, pitman to centerlink, idler to centerlink, possibly a fitting in your u-joints on drive shaft if they have been replaced. Not sure about the frequency tho.

There is also one on the front driveshaft slip splines. There are 2 grease fittings on the idlerarm. I normally grease whole front end every oil change/tire rotation.

^ Agree. That's how I noticed a big ol' tear in my tie-rod end rubber boot thingy.
Which reminds me.... I need to replace that SOB!
