then run leafs and be done.

my leafs flex just as much as a 4 link, my shocks are my limit, if i disconnect i can get all the way to the end of the rti ramp.

the problem with my 52" springs and the high arch is it creates so much axle walk as the springs compress, no need to buy those crazy priced kits either, stock gm parts can be used really cheap.

Never said leafs won't flex, heck I refuse to run anything but leaves on my jeep. But a 4 link, will out flex a stock leaf spring, and do it with out having a potential effect on approach/departure angle. The main reason for a link suspension is to have the ability to run a hi-travel shock/coilover/etc and ability to keep the ride height low.
My point was, if he is just daily driving and blasting through a mud hole, leafs will accomplish what he wants and can be done a lot quicker and cheaper.

i can get materialos such as the tubing for 1/4 of the normal price from a friend thats why i asked about linked suspensions. i drove in a leaf truck and a coiled/linked truck and the difference was phenominal. i really enjoyed the linked one better but the leafs werent horrible. i cant justify spending 300+ for brackets online for any sort of leaf suspension
