Just did this today on my driver and passenger sides. The passenger wasn't too bad, but I thought I'd get it over with so I wouldn't have to do it at a later date. The write-up is spot on although it can be done by yourself. If you have a floor jack you can put a thick towel on top of the jack to support the door after you take the second pin out. Putting it on is a bit more difficult than removing, but it's not impossible. Of course I'm 6'6", 250 lbs so it might be more difficult for someone smaller. My rollers were worn the worst. They weren't going to last much longer as you can see from the pics. I also replaced the striker. Note: To get the back plate (that the striker screws into) when it falls, after removing the striker; remove your extended cab "holder" on the behind the seat belt and you can fish it out.
FYI - Do be careful when driving the bushings into the housings as the hats can and will crack if you're not easy with them.

When the washer/nut fell into the extended cab section of my truck my heart dropped.
So how we're the results? Doors shut like new?
Super write up when are you going to be over here in Houston to do my drivers door. LOL
