Changed up my rear bumper design a little bit. Got rid of the jerry can swing arm and just integrated it onto the tire carrier swing arm. This means only one toggle clamp and one hinge is needed. I'm also working on some military style jerry cans.

I plan on fabricating this one sometime in the next year. If it goes well and fits/looks good I may make others to sell locally, but I haven't the slight clue how I'd ship one to N.C. haha

I haven't seen it mentioned on here yet, but are any of these designs available for members? fee or free?

I have access to a CNC plasma (DXF/DWG with cut path information on the CUT layer)

I bought a cheap 1998 Tahoe recently and had been shopping around for custom bumpers.

I'll be looking for some sort of rocker panel protection with steps too.

I like that front bumper, after adding a short stinger or light tube bar it would be perfect.

And I prefer the rear one with double swing, just thinking about shopping and parking lots (realistically, there is no off roads in NoDak). I figure it would go good with the barn doors, even if I had to use 2 separate locks (one for each swing out) A receiver hitch would be a really nice bonus as well.

Too bad that roof rack on the previous page was for a topper, I'd like to replace the one on this roof with a tubular style..

I started machining around 8 years or so ago in my garage. Last year I finally quit my job went back to school got all the credits and degrees to make it official . I love it though. best thing Ive ever done.
Its really nice to look at what others charge and not have to worry about having to pay that kind of money . Truth be told I couldnt afford myself. I stuck this in another thread these are old pic on photobuket I have. I do have allot more and just build a huge extension onto my house. I have 4 axis cnc , knee mills, welders, lahes ,tubing benders , presses another mill/drill work bench sand blaster not seen on top of countless tools
If any of you need a pieced milled out on the cnc QUICK drop me a pm.

The beginning of an RC truck, may or may not 3D print some of it:

Speaking of 3D printing: If you would like something 3D printed, check out this thread! http://www.gmt400.com/forum/showthread.php?29218-3D-Printing-Thread

Don't laugh.....I'm just learning Creo. I took a class on solidworks for my degree and Creo is what I'm now using in a current job. Made a simple design for side steps for my crew cab. Again, I'm new to 3D modeling....this will look like childs play compared to previous posts.
