What do you run? im gonna change my gear oil here soon and was wondering if the Syn is really worth the money. I have read some good points on it but just wanted to see what the majority here runs...

I hadn't checked it out in a while. I would say you'll be fine with a good synthetic gear oil. I've used royal purple and it done great, but was crazy expensive.

Unless you have a leak that you refuse to fix, why not run synthetic? It's not like you'll be changing it often.

I run AMSOIL Severe Gear in my vehicles.

its not about having a leak.........its about the Best bang for the buck... I don't mind spending the xtra $ on syn if its really worth it for the rear diff.. I run syn in my engine and it works very well.
