Charcoal canister guestion

Does anyone know if the charcoal canister on a 92 blazer can be mounted sideways? I installed a second battery tray, canister is in the way, can it be turned and mounted horizontal

I've never opened one, but I don't see why not. It works on vacuum and pressure.

Me neither, this has two ports, one to the tank, one to the bottom of the tbi, I think I’m only dealing with vapors not fuel?

Yes. Only vapors. No liquids...

Mine mounts next to a second battery..... I can't think of how it's attached though. I think it's and extra bracket, but I have a later truck with a rectangular canister.

You can eliminate it with a clear fuel filter in its place...
