If it's like my bags, it has a real rigid design and much much heavier than a normal duffel bags. I have 2-3 different tool bags they're great to have even if your not in construction or fabrication, I keep one on the boat, one in the truck and another throw around bag, they don't take up a lot of room and are alot easier to deal with than a normal toolbox but they aren't completely waterproof.
