Blocks?

wanna lower the rear of my truck it's a k2500 and it has what seem to be stock blocks are they okay to take out?
I looked at my buddies k1500 and there aren't any blocks

The 88-98 trucks never had "stock" rear blocks. So, yes you can take them out no worries.
