Antifreeze leak

Found antifreeze dripping from a aluminum/plastic fitting at the manifold that comes from the heater core. What is this called and how is it repaired. Is it a bad fitting or line or a gasket. It's a 95 Chevy 1500, 350 auto,

It is held together with a plastic quick disconnect. It will be brittle and be careful not to drop anything in the intake. You can also replace the quick disconnect with a barbed fitting.
