When i put wheel spacers on i use blue loctite on the studs that hold the spacers on. Never had a problem with cheap spacers.
Im wondering abou this myself , I got what looks like a quality pair for the rear of my 99 c1500 suburban but I used blue loctite- I haven’t rechecked but I’m gonna , what did you Torque your spacers go in ftlbs? I cranked mine to 140:/
Not sure if that’s over kill for a 2” spacer on the rear only , I assumed it should be as close to the wheels torque spec which is 140ftlbs
