How wide are your front tires? Is this a result of tramlining rather than an alignment issue?

I have those two new parts, in case it needs them. I had a previous shop check and they said that they were both tight, but I kind of agree... there's not much else that could be causing it. I should probably have the alignment shop install those, then re-align it.Too much caster is not going to cause that. Check your pitman and idler arms. Have a buddy steer the front end back and forth while you examine those and all the other connections like tie rod ends.
I've got a staggered 8/10 set up with Torque Thrust wheels, 245/45-20 up front, 275/40-20 rear. It's not really doing it on ridges or the center line... more like all the time, just a slight but constant drift left, drift right. How wide are your front tires? The shop re-adjusted the steering box.If your pitman is tight, but delays turning when you turn the wheel, your steering box still has slop.

Trust, but verify. The shop re-adjusted the steering box.
Not really wide up front, so I wouldn't think that was a problem.I've got a staggered 8/10 set up with Torque Thrust wheels, 245/45-20 up front, 275/40-20 rear. It's not really doing it on ridges or the center line... more like all the time, just a slight but constant drift left, drift right.

Yep, very consistent, very slight, but then again, very noticeable...Not really wide up front, so I wouldn't think that was a problem.
Does it behave like this consistently and constantly? No matter the road surface material and condition, speed, etc?
