Advice on 5.7 rebuild and performance upgrades

Im doing this right now, i am by no means an experienced engine mechanic. im only going down to the heads, and i dont plan on doing any block internals. Im not really looking for performance gains, just a side effect of replacing a few things

Things that may affect performance that im doing
Clean upper and lower intake
Cleaning all sensors and sensor ports
Upgrade injectors to new style
Removed the throttle plate thing.
Egr delete
Jba headers
Volant intake
dual electric fans, clutch fan delete, debatable if it does anything performance wise
0411 swap with more favorable tuning options, couldnt really explain, just a collection of things ive read about to do

They are Hedman headers, didn't have O² bung so had Midas weld one in, not sure what brand of mufflers, just generic Turbos from Midas. This was 20yrs ago

A person I respect told me last week that he thought Headman made the best headers. Thanks for letting me know.
