99 k2500 suburban strange noise initial acceleration

My 99 k2500 suburban (5.7) makes a very odd noise you can only hear when you accelerate from a stop or fairly slow speed, its louder if you pass something on drivers side. Only way I can describe It, it sounds like s metallic version of a rubber band connected to middle of the bottom of a soup can pulled tight and strummed. I do have to dig into front calipers, if u jab on the brakes it pulls to driverside
