how hard is it to take out a 4.3 vortec and swap in a 305 vortec the 4.3 seized up i have computer from the 305 to go in with motor

I've heard better things about the 4.3 than the 5.0 (haters, hit me- that's just the general "knowledge" around here)

if your swapping, just swap to the 5.7 and be done with it

already have the 305 drove it before removed got it for like 20 bucks and 4.3 is seized up tight any feedback?
