'97 Silverado Alternator Replacement

The alternator on our '97 Silverado 2WD 350/AT has given up the ghost. I've looked at videos & read reviews in which some replacement units require modifications in order to get then to reinstall. Any of you done replacements in which NOTHING was needed to make the change? If so, I'd appreciate the brand & where it was purchased.

Purchased mine at Summit. Drop in replacement if you're looking for more power, can't recommend it enough.
