Found this Line ID tag when I pulled the insulation off the firewall. May 2nd 1995 is my trucks build date, on shift 1B, at the Pontiac East plant here in Michigan. 90% of the GMT400's i believe came from this plant.

When did they start building them in Mexico at the Silao complex? Both my 99 Burbs were built there ( so I guess that makes them naturalized citizens?).

Our 90 was built in Flint. The '06 Yukon XL Denali was built in Janesville. I think the only GM car we've ever had that was built in Arlington was Mom's '81 Monte Carlo. Dad bought it for her, the day they came out officially. We'd been drooling over it for two weeks, driving by the dealership on the way home every night. Wish we still had it, that was a beautiful car.
