Unless your good at tuning or know someone who is, id really consider doing away w the TBI and getting a sniper, Edelbrock proflo, Fitech or something Equivalent since you have all that other stuff done

Maybe 10-15hp but your going to raise the compression of your engine going to vortec heads. Not to mention vortec heads can only handle a small amount of cam lift. Less than .480 stock

How much hp gains can a guy expect by just putting on vortec heads and intake on tbi setup. I have a edlebrock cam and longtube headers already. It's still pretty sluggish and want more power.
With LS2/LS6 valvesprings and Comp Cams 787-16 retainers you can run up to .530 lift on Vortec heads with no machining.

You're going to have to either drill the Vortecs for the coolant bypass or run the Vortec water pump.

You'll also need to get a Vortec intake manifold and a TBI adapter.
