88 headlights to 99 truck

Just curious-if you change the headlights on your truck will it pass MOT?Aren't they kinda picky about stuff like that?

Here in RI & MA, all lights must work.
As far as being swapped out, it's all stock looking. Most people would never notice that the headlights have been swapped out. At the same time, nowhere in the rulebooks of RI & MA does it say that its illegal to do so either.
I have done this swap many times over the years, never an issue.
The only issue is w/ the 94+ chevy grille. The backside of the upper amber's are slightly larger so you can either shave the grille area away or shave off the outer edge of the outer headlight.
