If it only does it when the engine is running I don't think the TPS is the problem.Ok. Is there an aftermarket one that's better than OEM?
I usually use Gumout. But any good brand will do. Just make sure you get throttle body cleaner and not old fashioned carburetor cleaner. Supposedly carburetor cleaner is not good for throttle bodies. You can probably get a can at your local Walmart or any of your favorite parts stores for a few bucks.I haven't!

The throttle cable is fine. Not binding up on the plastic sheath or anywhere elseAlso look at the throttle cable and linkage and be sure that they're not binding up somewhere. The linkage likely needs a little bit of lubrication, and it all works better when clean and lubed.
If it only does it when the engine is running I don't think the TPS is the problem.
