Having a problem with my 4l60e tranny. I have posted a video below:

Its hard to explain. It does a few different things. From acceleration it will shift good. Sometimes it doesnt. When it doesn't, I have to "force" it to shift, as the truck slows down if i dont put the pedal almost to the floor to make it shift. If i drive and dont force it, it will almost shift, but then it will drop back to almost idle rpms. Sometimes, it will go all the way to 3k rpms without even shifting at all.
And today, it jumped in rpms with me just coasting down the road, to stop. A bunch of weird stuff. Any clues to what it may be? Is it time for a rebuild, or just something that needs to be repaired? Tranny fluid, last time I checked was ok.
