35" or 315/75R16 tires + 3.42 gears...How much performance am i loosing?

the d70 is slightly weaker than the 10.5 14b ff

the d70hd is marked 70-3hd

Ok i had the truck in the oil change bay yesterday and had the tech look there for me. He found 70-3HO marked on it. But then again that O could have been a D. He wasnt quite sure if it was a D or a 0 or an O.
