Fairly sure the tire calculator reads the overall diameter of a tire that is aired up and not on a vehicle. Because my 285/75/16 nokian vatiiva a/ts measure out to pretty well 32" even when on the truck.

But to answer the original question, it might just be a little odd looking..
Go with 2" BL if sticking with those tires.
It WILL work/look great with 33x12.5s and a 2" or 3" BL, whatever you decide if you feel that the tires are still too small looking.
3" BL and you can pretty well run 35s with minimal rubbing.. may need a little trim, or crank up the bars a bit.
Luckily for me I have air bags in the rear so no need to add a block if she doesn't sit level, heh

What size wheel are you running? 275/65 gives nothing to go on. If its a 16" it would be approx a 30. 17"would be approx a 31 etc etc.
Also to comment on the constant tire size arguement. There are no set measurement guidelines for tires they can you approx measurements when determining size usually the cheaper the tire the less true to size it will be. The only federal regulated aspect of a tire is the traction and treadware. Everything else can be "calculated" at the manufactures discretion.

It also depends on rim size. I have had 285/70/17 and 285/75/17 the 70's measure out to 32.4 brand new. The 75's measure out to a tad over 34". My uncle has 305 70 17 km2s and they are shorter than my 285 70 17 and a bit wider. But I'm guessing everyone here is talking 16's......

Edit: both sets (285) were km2

my 285/70R17 Goodyear MT/Rs on my 04 @ 40psi on stock 17x7.5 are 32 3/4 with the truck sitting on the ground and yes we need a rim size, a 275/65R16 is 2" shorter than a 275/65R18
