2in lowering shackles

I installed 2inch lowering shackles on my 94 and now my spings hit the bottom of the bed on bumps. Any one else have this problem and what did you do to fix it. Thanks for any help.

I think you have to notch the bed floor crossmember just above the shackle.

My spring clips hit the tubes that the bottom of the bed sits on. I just grinded the corner off. Stepside bed.
