Hi Everyone Im new to this forum and Im loving the pictures of everyones truck. Im here to gather some advice and knowledges from the pros so please tell me what yah think i should do feel free to upload pics.

Im driving it with 285/75R16 MT Tires and a little crank on the front. Its about that time to buy tires again and I really want to go up in size and lift my truck up about 2 inches. I want wider tires without rubbing and I want to keep my stock wheels. I was thinking 325/75R16 with a leveling kit or a body lift. Let me know what you think and upload some pics if you have a similar build that looks awesome. I just want a decent height truck with some badass tires all supsension lifts are more money that I want to spend and higher than I want to go...I think.

don't body lift that truck its way too nice. Either stay with what you have or get a suspension lift, anything else will be half ass.

:word:

4" RCX with Realift relocators (if you want to stay lower and keep it stock looking) and 315x75x16's on your stock wheels would be awesome looking. You could clear 315's on your stock wheels with just a bit of crank though but you might rub the frame when you turn.

So your thinking 315/75/R16 on my stock wheels, with a 4" Suspension lift ?, what about the 2-3 inch rcx suspension lift it seems to be about 300 dollars cheaper? Im a huge noob at picking lift kits out and tires, Ive never done it myself watch out for my learning curve lol

It's all good. We're here to help.

315's (35x12.50x16) are about as wide as you want to go with stock wheels although dcZ71 (the guy that commented before me) put 37x13.50x16's on his truck with stock wheels and a 6.5" suspension kit and it looks like ****. The RCX 2"-3" kit is basically an overpriced crank. You could get that out of your stock keys for free. An actual suspension lift though is the better route for any lift 3" and higher.

Is this truck an offroad toy or a DD pavement pounder?

Super nice truck! Do the rcx 4" imo to keep your nice ride quality. A cranked truck rides pretty rough plus its rough on front end parts. I love my kit an I'm glad I went that way instead of a body lift or cranking....

Yea its a DD pavement pounder, but it gets some nice offroad action at deer camp every year lol, so no matter how you do it a body lift or a crank is kinda half ass and bad for the truck. Would a 4' suspension lift with 315s leave a bigger gap between the fender and the tire? I like my tires to be as close to the truck as possibly without rubbing.

If you were to do a 6" lift with stock wheels and 35's then it'll look like it has a decent "gap" between the tires and fenders but if you get the 4" then it should sit pretty sexy IMO.... I've thought about dropping down this particular setup many times recently but after how much $$$ I've already dumped into my truck, I just can't bring myself to do it.

rcx with 315 will be nice. and remember the rcx 4" and 6" is the same kit, its just a matter if you want add a leafs in the rear.
