1998 K1500 to K2500 Painted Fender Flares

I want to upgrade my truck to the K2500 factory painted flares. Can you guys point me into the right direction, junkyard or ebay? What should I spend from your experience? Should they bolt on, or use 3M tape to mount? I have a paint shop in town, that can match my silver color. They have done work before, and I'm impressed. Thanks for advice guys, I love this site.
