All cylinders were woth 15 psi of each other plugs looked good number 3 was lil oily before the oil so time will tell definitely looking to build it differently this time

Are you sure you need to "build it" again? "Sounds hurt" is ominous but lacking detail.

As far as oil smoke, verifying the PCV system, and valve stem seals/valve guides would be my first course of action. Having it be rings would suck, but even that wouldn't require a complete rebuild.

Update 3/19/24 back together and running but have no maf sensor or bank 1 o2 sensor which won't let me adjust ckc, so any guesses on where to start

traced wiring back found 3 wires not in correct pin swapped those back got all that right, now im throwing a code p3940 camshaft position problem, the cam crank position is -45 no matter what position its in nor hole, new cam crank sensor and pigtail any ideas?

Is that "new" since the re-wiring? Maybe the wires are still not correct.

new cam crank sensor and pigtail any ideas?
New cam sensor and pigtail, AND new crank sensor and pigtail?
