the push rod thing your talking about is called a weel cylinder $10 or so at napa and for the "wire thing" you will have to buy a whole spring kit or go to junk yard. thats what i call a pocket part

i would just go to the junk yard then every thing you need would be less then $10 or free

You might be able to use a NBS front hub but I'm not for sure on that.
