14 bolt wanted

There must be someone that sells a whole axle online not just gears and shafts but I've had no luck looking. Want to replace my 14 bolt SF 9.5". I just want a new one with a posi.

None of these trucks came with posi. Some came with a cheapo locker known as the Eaton Gov-Loc. (RPO G80)

If you already own a 14 bolt with an open carrier, just choose from the available aftermarket posi units out there. I don't think you'll find a bolt-in brand new complete 9.5" 14 bolt axle with a posi unit in it.
