    I'd get rid of that fram filter first of all,total junk.The inners are cardboard doesn't trap anything.Get some seafoam & add 1/2 can to oil,run engine bout 10 mins.Drain oil /filter.run old oil thru a paint filter & see if theres excessive metal.That should clean any junk out of engine

    Google Motorvation tbi,they offer a kit that changes the 2 barrel over to a 750 cfm tbi unit on a stock 350 you'll get 330 hp .Lot easier and cheaper that changing heads/cam.Check them out.They also can set up a kit to handle up to 440hp

    I have the same ones they're very nice & easy to install,but I wrapper mine with DEI Industry's Pulverized Lava Rock header wraps definately worth doing cus the engine bay temp goes way down & you don't need to worry bout melting wire boots

    What trans is in your truck now.They should both be 4L60s.Easiest way to tell is count the pan bolts 16 bolts is a 4L60 17 bolts is a 4L80.
