350 long block

So I had the day off today(finally) and was doing to research on the web. I came across the long block in the above link. I live in central Cali. so the emissions friendly motor is a must. It states that it is all GM parts with a 50 state legal cam.

My questions are:
Will this work with all the factory TBI stuff in my 94?
Will I need to get a tune, cause of the cam?
Also has anyone dealt with this company before?

the ad says its pre 96 so it should work with tbi parts on the tune i dont have that answer

I'd check the dealers you can buy a brand new 350 for about $1800 with a 3yr 100,000 mile warrenty.
