I want to do this to my 17s. How long did this take you? and is my sig pic fixed yet? LolI took my original rims, got some spray on paint remover, and striped the clear coat off of them. Then I painted the silver outer center parts black. After that I buffed the aluminum with some polishing compound and a small hand buffer. After that the rims had a good shine, I waxed them out with some cleaner wax. You can see my refection in them on the center cap. The cap is a plastic cap that has a thin stainless cover on it. They buff out very nice. The Coopers are the tires I am running now. I did the rims some time ago. When the rim start to get a little dull, I just apply a new coat of wax.You must be registered for see images attachYou must be registered for see images attach
