Cool, thanks for the heads up Richard! Like your smoothies too. I'm not normally a fan of them but they look great on your trucks for some reason.

Looks great!

Gotta ask though:

1. What kind of clearance do you have from frame-to-ground in the middle?

2. Front tires rubbing on fenderwells on sharp dips?

3. What's your notch setup, and are you smacking it yet?

I ran into problems on #1 with my old white extended cab longbed, would drag a gas tank strap on sharp driveway transitions, since that hangs just barely below the frame. Also the heads of the transmission crossmember bolts were an issue a couple of times. Not a big deal, but I "noticed."

#2 was an issue on my current black '94 when it was about an inch lower in front, but they were springs someone else had cut, so that might have been part of the issue. I hate cut springs.

#3 with the BellTech bolt-in notch on mine and drop shackles, I was smacking the crap out of the bump stop in the notch - this is even with the bump stop plates cut off the axle housing. Remember I've got a 9.5" 14 bolt so the tubes are a little bigger than a 10 bolt; not sure if you kept your original axle or swapped a 10 bolt in there.

This is where it sat while I was having those issues. 255/45/20 (about 29.1") up front on the rubbing, wasn't severe, but enough to annoy me.

Thanks Richard! The middle frame is 4 1/2" to the ground. I am tubbed in front so it mainly scrapes on fender lips on really sharp turns and if I have my family with me. I have a 8" step notch so no problems with any clearance issues in back. Im at 27" in front from fender lip to ground. I have scraped the trans member bolts but its not often. I havnt aligned it yet so it might scrape more with less camber on the wheels. I don't know yet but it still rides great and hasn't been any major problems yet.

Cool; didn't know you were tubbed up front. That's a plus. When I posted the 29.1" I meant that's the height of the tires I'm running up front. Step notch sure helps too. Assuming bed floor cut? Was the truck formerly bagged, or this was done in prep for future bagging?

Lol. O ok yeah think my tire size is 29". Yes bed floor is cut across and have a cover to cover hole. Yeah i was going to bagg it but the funds fell though and beside guy was going to do a 2 link. So guess its better it didnt get bagged. Lol. I do love static trucks but if i could afford it i would bag it the right way. And this truck was completely stock 8 lug. Ive done everything to it.
