I HATE exhaust work! Every time something goes wrong and this was no exception. We have a California emissions Yukon that we are doing an engine swap on and it has the air injection manifolds. The one on the drivers side shrunk. I had to stretch it about 1/8". Here is what I came up with. A grade 8 bolt and nut, a bearing and a flattened lock washer. The nut when unscrewed puts pressure on the bearing and the flattened lock washer sits against the manifold allowing the bearing to turn.
