Wiring Harness Pass Through Firewall

Looking for insight and tips to best take apart this pass through with the factory epoxy that holds it together. So that I can remove/install wires without breaking it? If anyone has experience with this let me know. Thanks

 

Also curious on this, if anyone has advice.
