where does everyone buy square tubing from?

Local is out of the question for me. Local place said for a 4x4 and like 250 wall I'd have to buy a whole stick and it'd be like $220. I don't think so. I'm only looking for maybe a 34 inch piece to make my front crossmember for sas conversion. Maybe even do thinner wall thickness if itd hold up or do 2x4 or 3x4 or something.

You could try online metals or metal supermarkets. Google search them,

near me we have quite a few steel suppliers and one of the local junkyards is also a scrap metal business on the other side of the yard I find alot of times I can get smaller lenths of tubing from there versus the metal shops call around to any scrapyards near you

Call up beckley steel company. It's a bit of a drive from you, but they have never made us buy in bulk or anything.

There is a supplier neat me that will cut it to what ever lengthy you need. Just search for metal suppliers.
