What to do while core support is removed

Hey guys,

I have the core support off the truck right now to replace it after smacking a deer, what would yall recommend I R&R while I have such good access to the engine bay? I am already doing big 3, water pump, replacing some wire loom and did some cleaning.

If the water pump is coming off I would be tempted to throw in a cam [emoji16]
