I'm having some issues with my 94. The 5.0L spun a bearing so I swapped in a 5.7 vortec, with summit stage 1 intake manifold, tbi adapter plate, new 350 injectors, and the tbi has the "ultimate mods", minus a adj fuel psi regulator. I'll start off by saying it barely runs with the coolant temp sensor plugged in. It searches for idle when cold. Overall, it runs pretty badly, but once warm it's at least drivable. Parts I've already replaced include the TPS, coolant sensor, o2 sensor, MAP sensor. Has anybody done a tbi-vortec swap that had similar issues? Any suggestions?
